You can now use the Advanced tab in Preferences to enable mono audio recording so that audio will be recorded in both channels.
Improvement Previously when making a local recording using a mono microphone there would only be audio in the left channel. This means you can use Camo Studio to control your microphones and it’s now easier to choose the audio when making a local recording. When using Camo Studio’s audio in your video app you can now choose to use audio from any microphone connected to your Mac, not just the audio from your phone. Feature We’ve added an Audio Settings section to the left-hand side of Camo Studio. We’ve also improved compatibility with the latest beta of macOS Ventura, and fixed a bug involving overlays. Today’s release focuses on improving the experience using Camo Studio with an external microphone, particularly professional mono microphones. Fix We've fixed a bug which meant that sometimes when double-clicking on our taskbar icon Camo Studio would not appear. Fix We've fixed a bug which meant that Camo Studio could prevent your computer from sleeping. Fix We’ve made a change to ensure that Android devices connect to Camo Studio even if they’ve previously been ignored. Improvement We've made a bunch of other minor improvements to the UI. Improvement You can now set Camo Studio light or dark mode independent of the Windows system setting.
